I remember being in college and I had a roommate that really had an odor problem. Everyone was talking about her in school. She was overweight and her diet was the worst. Now plus size women are not the only ones with odor however your size will dictate what type of hygiene regimen that you must do on the daily. Some women have hygiene problems once in a while, others may have an odor problem when they are on their menstrual cycle and some have it all year round. No matter where are you fit, I will give some tips on how to keep odor at bay if you will. When a woman is on her menstrual cycle her odor may be very high. This is because her diet is crud. You do not have to have a loud smell during this time. If you do have a loud odor, there is definitely an underlying problem that needs to be addressed. So if you are a person who realizes that you have an odor around this time, look at the food that you eat on the daily. If you eat a lot of dairy, red meat and ingest a lot of sugar; decrease the intake of these foods. Once you do this you will definitely see a change. as a young girl that being a plus size woman would require me to stay in the shower longer. You have to get the key areas to keep the odor away. So over the years I have developed a way to always be on point in that department. These are my hygiene items that I use daily. I use four wash cloths. One for my face, one for the garden, one for the back field, and one for the body. I was suggest that she do this to not cross contaminate things. I use Soft Soap,No bar soap. I would hope that nowadays people are not using bar soap to wash their bodies. Bar soaps are full of germs and they should not be used. I also have a spray bottle that I put a bleach solution in. So I get a spray bottle that can handle chemicals, and I put 3 tablespoons of bleach in the bottle and the rest water. I use bleach to kill any bacteria that may be on my skin. Bacteria causes odor. Bleach really cuts down odor and when used correctly you won’t even have an odor. Now let’s briefly talk about diet. I drink water with lemon. I eat pretty clean, meaning I do not eat a lot of fast food. I limit my sugar intake, because bacteria loves sugar.
