Losing Weight Requires Less Meat Consumption

I am a person who likes to give my body a good fighting chance against fighting disease. I have been a diabetic for over 20 years and I have managed to control it with my diet and lifestyle. When I was younger I was able to pretty much eat anything and I wouldn’t directly feel the effects. Now that I’m older, I have realized that I have to be more strict in what I consume. Meat is something that we do need, however we must learn to not eat so much of it. I started with cutting out beef and pork out of my diet. That lead me to eat more chicken. Chicken is a meat that was my vice. I mean you can bake it, fry it, sautés it. So I was living a life with low carbs and high meat consumption. I thought that I was doing something awesome. I was using things like Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. I
was exercising and eating once a day. The weight still did not fall off. Meat was the reason why I was having so many hormonal problems. Not only do I have diabetes, I also have endometriosis along with pcos. These two diseases thrives off of inflammation. Meat causes inflammation. Inflammation is when the body is full of mucous and toxins. This leads to nasty diseases. As soon as I stopped eating meat, I felt so much better. If you suffer from fibroids, a vegetarian diet may benefit you. Now you need protein, so some meat is required for your body to perform, unless you plan to eat lots of beans, nuts and legumes. That is what I plan to do with my body. I have really been going back and forth with my meat regimen plan. I just realized that my body just can not consume lots of meat anymore.
