I love KFC but I cannot really eat it, due to the sodium content. I have studied the art of replicating fast food joints for years. I can basically look at the food and know exactly how I can make it at home.
So the Nashville hot tenders are a popular item on the menu. I will be sharing my version of how to make them. I also love their coleslaw.
I have figured out an easy way to make that as well.
You will need.
Perdue chicken tenders
Olive oil
Fry tenders and then dry them out in the oven for about 20 minutes.
375 degrees.
Wheat flour/white all purpose flour
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Sriracha sauce
Unsalted Butter
Coleslaw
Cabbage
Mayo
Italian seasoning
Black pepper
Cut up cabbage
Add mayo, black pepper and Italian seasoning
Nashville Hot Sauce
Sriracha sauce
Butter
Crystal Hot sauce
Melt butter with sauces add water. You can also add Mayo to make a dip.
